§01Information We Collect
Information you provide directly
CalciHub offers an optional login via Google Sign-In or Email/Password so you can sync your "Favorite History" across devices. You may also choose to "Skip" login, in which case none of the account information below is collected — your data stays on your device only (see §06).
If you log in, we collect:
- Email/Password sign-in: your email address and an encrypted password (we do not store your password in plain text).
- Google Sign-In: basic profile information provided by Google, typically your name, email address, and profile photo, depending on the permissions you grant.

Information we do not collect: CalciHub does not access the contents of other apps or files on your device. All calculations you perform are processed on your device; only the favorites you explicitly save are synced if you're logged in.
§02Third-Party Services
- Google Firebase (Authentication, Firestore/Realtime Database, Analytics, Crashlytics): used for login, Favorite History syncing, usage analytics, and crash reporting.
- Google Sign-In: if you choose this login method, Google shares basic profile details with us as described above.
- Google Mobile Ads (AdMob): shown to free-tier users to support the App.
- Google Play Billing: used to process your Pro subscription. Payment details are handled entirely by Google; we do not receive or store your card or payment information.
- Google Play Services: used for general app functionality and stability.

§03How We Use Information
- To let you log in and sync your Favorite History across devices
- To display relevant ads to free-tier users
- To verify and manage your Pro subscription
- To understand usage patterns and fix crashes/bugs via Log Data
We do not sell your information. We do not use your data to build an advertising profile beyond what AdMob independently does for free-tier ad delivery.
§04Data Sharing
We share information only with the third-party service providers listed in §02 (Google, for Firebase/AdMob/Play Billing), each acting in their own capacity. We do not sell, rent, or otherwise share your information with any other third party.
§05Data Security
The security of your Favorite History and account data is important to us. We rely on Firebase's and Google Play's secure infrastructure, including encryption of stored passwords. However, no method of electronic storage or transmission is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
§06Data Retention and Deletion
- Guest users (Skip Login): your data remains on your device only and is deleted if you clear the App's cache or uninstall it — we have no copy of it.
- Account users: your synced data is stored as long as your account exists. You can request deletion of your account and synced data by contacting us using the details in §11.
§07Your Rights and Choices
- Ad-free experience: Subscribing to CalciHub Pro removes AdMob entirely and stops related ad data collection.
- Access, correction, deletion: If you're logged in, you can request access to or deletion of your account and Favorite History data by contacting us. If you never logged in, uninstalling the App removes all local data.
- Depending on your location, you may have additional rights under applicable law (e.g., GDPR in the EU/EEA, the UK GDPR, CCPA/CPRA in California, or India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act) — including the right to access, correct, or delete your data, and to object to certain processing. Contact us to exercise these rights.
§08Children's Privacy
These Services do not address anyone under the age of 13. MistCast does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. If we discover a child under 13 has provided personal information, we will delete it from our servers promptly.
§09International Data Transfers
Our third-party providers (Google/Firebase) operate globally. Your data may be processed in countries other than your own, under the safeguards those providers maintain.
§10Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. You are advised to review this page periodically for any changes. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last Updated" date above; continued use of the App after changes means you accept the revised policy.
