CalciHub — Terms of Service

§01Eligibility
The App is not directed at children under 13. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you should only use the App with the involvement of a parent or guardian. By creating an account, you confirm you meet these requirements.
§02Account Usage and Registration
- CalciHub offers an optional login (via email/password or Google Sign-In) to sync your "Favorite History" across devices. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.
- You may choose to "Skip" the login process. If you do so, your data will be stored locally on your device only, and MistCast is not responsible for any data loss if the App is uninstalled or the device is cleared.
- You agree to provide accurate information when creating an account and to notify us if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your account.
§03Intellectual Property
- All trademarks, copyrights, database rights, and other intellectual property rights related to the App, including its design, logo, and code, belong to MistCast.
- You are not allowed to copy, modify, reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the App.
§04Proper Use of the App
- You agree to use CalciHub only for its intended purpose (calculations and utility).
- You must not use the App in any way that is unlawful, illegal, fraudulent, or harmful, or that interferes with the App's normal operation or its ad-serving, syncing, or billing systems.
§05Data Syncing and Firebase
We use Google Firebase to provide login and real-time syncing of your favorite calculations. While we strive to ensure availability, MistCast is not liable for temporary service interruptions due to technical issues beyond our control.
§06Advertisements
CalciHub is supported by advertisements served through Google Mobile Ads (AdMob) for free-tier users. By using the free version of the App, you agree to the display of such ads. Subscribing to CalciHub Pro removes ads — see §07.
§07Subscriptions (CalciHub Pro)
- CalciHub Pro is offered as an auto-renewing subscription, billed at the price and interval (e.g., monthly/yearly) shown in the App and on the Google Play Store listing at the time of purchase, which may vary by region.
- Your subscription automatically renews at the end of each billing period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
- You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your Google Play account settings. Cancelling stops future renewals but does not refund the current billing period.
- If a free trial is offered, it will convert automatically into a paid subscription at the end of the trial period unless cancelled before the trial ends. Trial terms are described in the App at the time the offer is presented.
- Prices are subject to change; we will provide notice of any price change as required by Google Play policy before it takes effect.
- All payments are processed by Google Play Billing. We do not receive, process, or store your payment card information.
§08Refunds
Refunds are handled according to Google Play's refund policies, since all purchases and subscriptions are processed through Google Play Billing. To request a refund, please use Google Play's standard refund process.
§09Limitation of Liability
CalciHub is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. While we aim for accuracy in our calculation tools, MistCast is not responsible for any losses, damages, or errors resulting from the use of the calculations provided by the App, and it is the user's responsibility to independently verify critical calculations. To the maximum extent permitted by law, MistCast shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App. Our total liability for any claim relating to the App shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim (or, if you haven't paid us anything, shall be zero).
§10Changes to the Service
- MistCast reserves the right to update, modify, or discontinue any feature of CalciHub at any time without prior notice.
- We may also update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last Updated" date above. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
§11Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the App or syncing service immediately, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms.
§12Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that location.
