Show the facts
If a fact can be printed as a manifest row, it is. Version codes, SDK targets, file sizes — exposed before install, not hidden in settings.
One tool, done well
An app earns its place by being sharp, not by being big. When a tool wants to do ten things, it becomes a hub — or it doesn’t ship.
Default to offline
Both apps work fully offline. No accounts, no telemetry hooks, no dependency on a server that could vanish tomorrow.
